This gallery of PS splash screens and toolbars takes me back…  I started using Photoshop 2.5.  Amazing how we take layers for granted these days.  Back then, there were some pretty amazing effects done with channels, though.  It’s interesting how so many elements of the toolbar are the same today as they were back then.
